Sidney Bridgeview School Print (M Behr) (New in January 2014)

This print, by well known Sidney artist Mike Behr, is 16" X 13" and in full color.

Constructed for $100,000.00, Sidney High School was occupied for classes in September 1913.  From 1930 to 1960 the building housed Sidney High and Junior High School.  In 1960 this building became Central Junior High and was so named until it became Bridgeview Middle School in 1969.  Bridgeview Middle School was used until December 2003, after which classes were moved to the new Sidney Middle School.  Though Bridgeview School was razed in the spring of 2005, many former students still have feelings of nostalgia for their former school.

The deck is filled with 54 exciting photos of Shelby County locations and historical people. While some of the locations are Shelby County landmarks, others are unique.

Each card will tell the name of the location or person on the card, a photo and share a unique historical synopsis about history of the photo on the card.

This set of historical trading cards comes in a set of 27. They are  2 3/4" X 3 1/2" in size and are printed on heavy weight card stock and feature photos of various historical people and places from Shelby County's history.
