Sidney Bridgeview School, Ceramic and Lighted

$5.00

Constructed for $100,000.00, Sidney High School was occupied for classes in September 1913. From 1930 to 1960 the building housed Sidney High and Junior High School. In 1960 this building became Central Junior High and was so named until 1969 when it became Bridgeview Middle School. Bridgeview Middle School was used until December 2003, after which classes were moved to the new Sidney Middle School. Though Bridgeview School was razed in the spring of 2005, many former students still have feelings of nostalgia for their former school. This item is a unique ceramic, dimensional presentation of the building, with electrical lighting, including both the original section and the 1930 addition.
