Join us for a meaningful community ceremony as part of the national Wreaths Across America initiative, honoring the brave men and women who served our country.

Held each December, Wreaths Across America unites communities nationwide in remembrance by placing wreaths on veterans’ graves, ensuring their service and sacrifice are never forgotten.

Wreath Pick up will start at 10:00 am.  The Sidney event will begin promptly at 12:00 PM at Graceland Cemetery. A brief ceremony will feature remarks from local veterans and community leaders, followed by the placement of wreaths across the cemetery.  This year it is our goal, as America 250 comes to an end, to honor ALL OF THE VETERANS that are laid to rest in Graceland cemetery by placing a wreath upon their grave.

Everyone is welcome and encouraged to help lay wreaths following the ceremony. This is a wonderful opportunity for individuals, families, and groups to participate in a hands-on act of remembrance and gratitude. Remember. Honor. Teach.” Join us in this heartfelt tradition of honoring our heroes
